Lessons learned about making consistent videos for over 100 days.

In May, I embarked on a personal journey, sharing it with all of you through my Instagram and TikTok accounts, @heyshannonlee. My goal? To document my weight loss journey and my exploration of capsule wardrobing as I embraced my new curves. It meant creating two videos a day for over 100 days!
Through this incredible experience, I’ve gained some valuable insights that I want to share with you.
Here are some of the lessons I’ve learned on this transformative journey:
Consistency is Key:
Consistently creating content has shown me the power of showing up day in and day out. Whether it’s for your weight loss goals or your content creation journey, consistency is the secret sauce.
Improved Communication:
Over the past 100 days, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in my communication skills. It’s amazing how speaking to a camera daily can boost your confidence and clarity.
Endless Content Ideas:
With hundreds of videos in the bag, I’ve become a pro at generating content ideas. There’s always something new to share and explore.
Adaptability is Everything:
Creating content daily requires adaptability. You learn to pivot, adjust, and experiment with different formats to keep things fresh and exciting.
Audience Connection:
Engaging with my audience daily has given me insights into what resonates with all of you. Your comments, likes, and shares have been my guiding light.
